We are experienced as a design & build company specializing in planning, design, construction, operate & handover of boutique hotels ranging in the size of 20-100 rooms.
Our designer team are well experienced with worldwide exposure in this segment. Most of our design are focused on ease of operation to ensure minimal maintenance/operation cost for our client post handover but not forgetting to ensure the hotel to have a one of a kind design in this region.
operation & management
Our Operation management Team operates 4 hotels for our clients of we also designed & built from scratch. We operate in a lean business model which is the core of our survival amid this current pandemic season. Our one stop operation model ensures all sales, operation, finance & Human resource matter are managed by our team for a worry free experience for our client/hotel owner.
